About Ryan

Ryan Gibbs
President/Chef Owner
Gibbs Management Services

Ryan Gibbs is an experienced Foodservice Operator in South Eastern NC. When he started his contract catering business, he realized the serious need for high quality food in the healthcare/institutional industry that could be produced to fit tight budget constraints. With just himself and a few hundred dollars he built a business that has grown over a 1000% from the first year of origination. He has seen a return on investment that exceeds 10,000% and has done this with the highest standard of quality.

Ryan regularly competes in local chef competitions and caters for private events of the most particular flavor and presentation. While enjoying success, Ryan realized the financial impact that his services have had on his accounts and has developed a blueprint on how other businesses can save huge sums of money while increasing the quality of product and service. Ryan has taken his knowledge and built packaged services around four particular needs that focus on the largest impact for reconstructing or redesign. With better efficiencies, Ryan Gibbs will be able to make an impact in the satisfaction of your clients while helping you put impressive numbers to your bottom line.

Testimonials

"Just over a year ago, Mr. Gibbs assumed the role of providing all meal services for our Adult Day Health Center, Elderhaus at the Lake in Wilmington.  In 2014, our meal, snack, supply, and meal preparation cost were in excess of $10.00 per meal and as of today it is just over $5.00 per meal.  When you are preparing and serving over 8,000 meals per year, that is a significant savings."
- Rick Richards | CEO
PACE Elderhaus Inc. Total Senior Care
"Ryan has been managing the catering for my facility’s foodservice for the last few years. He consistently delivers quality product, precise delivery times, and accurate service. He has managed to do this for three meals a day in rain, sleet, snow, or shine for 365 days a year without any issues whatsoever."
- Kimberly Brown
Facility Director at Bannum Inc.
"Ryan and I started from scratch years ago to develop a quality menu at an affordable price for our program. We were able to incorporate the needs of therapeutic diets, to enable participants to have choices, and to develop frozen meals for our home delivery service. Our organization has been consistently impressed with his ability to deliver a service similar to a large food service operation, but scaled down to provide individualized attention to our special needs. More importantly, our participants have been pleased with the food they receive."

"Ryan Gibbs, as the caterer for our events, is the key to each success! It remains a constant that Ryan receives rave reviews from our guests with each and every event. Ryan's art-like presentations, professionalism, and mouth-watering recipes, from ginger-glazed mahi mahi to a creative hamburger/hotdog theme, will turn each event into a night to remember. We would not hesitate to recommend Ryan Gibbs to any of our friends – his award-winning recipes are what keep our guests coming back."
